Burpengary train station upgrade

$14.3 million in the 2023-24 State Budget will be spent towards accessibility improvements at Burpengary station through the construction or upgrade of operational facilities including full length high-level platforms, overpass with forward exiting lifts, compliant entries via pathways or ramps, accessible toilets, and enhanced services and facilities, such as upgraded customer service window, increased hearing aid loop coverage, additional shelters, new customer information screens, and wayfinding signage.
